There is a reason the verbiage is different for Trump.


I guess it’s just a pet peeve of mine, I don’t like it when people refer to a “Former President “ as President Trump, Obama, Bush, Clinton. But, sticking to fact there’s a difference in security for present/former.



Capehorn I agree I hate that too. But where did you get the idea that protection for a former president is different from the current president?


A regular FOX contributor who is former assistant director of CIA or Secret Service(I forget which) stated such. It's logical since the loss of a sitting President is much more consequential to the country and the world.
