Not all of Houston is without power. My Aunt and her surrounding areas got their power back a day and a half after the storm. There are some areas that are without power still. I just spoke to her and she said things are slowly getting back to normal. As far as people shooting at the linemen , she said she's only heard of one incident.

I know a couple 30 plus aged Linemen here in East Alabama. When they have to leave and do disaster Repair they pack HEAT.....Short barreled Winchester 94's or Marlins in 30-30 or 44 Magnum.....just in case.
