Here's th' SKINNY on a LOT of th' KNEE-GARS around Houston: I went to Houston back in 2013 to build a Project. First week my truck got broken into.....they took a flat screwdriver and popped the lock....truck was parked in motel parking lot. Deputy came and wrote up report. Said when Katrina hit they bussed a bunch of those animals over to the Houston area and a lot of them never went back home. Said those Nawlins' One's were waaaaay worse than the locals about stealing, killing,etc.
I remember all the busses taking folks from NOLA to Houston back then because they talked about it on all the Katrina coverage on TV.
