While I do agree that the whole shooter situation has a lot of unanswered questions, I truly believe that people are forgetting that there is a difference in security for “President Trump” and “Former President Trump”.

Totally agree but, weather he is your man or not, candidate or not he is still at this time “ Former President Trump” and that changes protocol
With no experience in the field of work, they could have assigned me to be in charge of security for this event and that would have been the first area I made sure was secure. Former or not, doesn't excuse that stupidity...or intentional act.
