What the hell were these guys waiting on and then they duck down for cover?? There is tons of footage so many of those people had their cameras running already.
It appears the sniper was repositioning to take the shot. I don’t know if he was actually on the shooter until the shot was fired. Then he repositioned immediately.
I've must be missing it watching on my phone because the SS sniper looks statue still the whole time to me.
