Our site manager would verify it with a call to see it was valid. All she could ask the doc though
Going by what my manager said .
As for going in stores and such I was going by what the people with dogs told me ,,, with service dogs . I know 2 of my tenants said they a id card and always used a blue harness . I had one crawl my butt about I tried to pet her dog
