at the apartment i worked in clanton and all other for morrow reality . , to have a animal at no pets allowed complexes you had to prove you need the animal . you had to pay for any damage it caused . you had to have all shots up to date and stay up to date . you had to have a exterminator come twice a year . had to be on a leash . you had to be able to show proof to the site manager .
then ,,,,
they could not refuse the animal as long as it fell under the ,,, reasonable accommodation laws "support animals" . . no pet deposit could be required .
thats how it work with that company . they never got sued ,,, that i know of . yall can research ,, reasonable accommodation . i remember right youll end up at HUD web site
