I could take my kids mom to court but I saw how the court system strongly favored the mom over me repeatedly and after all the unfair stuff the judge allowed her to get away with during divorce and custody battle, I said id take my boy and never step foot back into the government building again. They're all about the women and piss on the dads. I had a great lawyer and she had no lawyer. I had a redhead judge that was beautiful. So I knew she was crazy.
yes they will had it happen. Mine was taken out of my check every pay period but my employer didn’t send it in. Ex says something about it after 5 years and I have to pay it all over again because my employer had gone out of business. Not to mention my daughter never saw the checks anyway they went straight to her moms drug habit. Only time I ever got any satisfaction was in court when she tried to have it increased once. They ended up cutting it 20 bucks a month lol. Yes it’s a damn racket
