Point being - if it is 96/ outside with 105 degree heat index it isn't going to be able to cool below 20 degrees from outside temp.....
No expert- not an HVAC guy, just passing along...

That’s about par for this rental I’m in and it sucks. My temp gun says exterior walls are 80* right now and interior are 76*. I know there’s poor insulation in this box.
