Refreeze it and eat it. The refrigerator here where I’m renting went out. Didn’t know it for 2 days because 1. I was at work 2. I was dog sitting my daughter’s dogs. So I had no reason or time to go into it. I had gotten something out Friday (all good) Sunday I noticed that the stacks ha shifted in the freezer. I tossed everything into a cooler, bout 2 bags ice to put over it then rushed it to daughter’s house and in the freezer. 4 days later this landlord finally got a new fridge. Moved everything back and it’s all good. Everything passed the smell tests before and after cooking also the taste test afterwards. Nothing is going to spoil in that short length of time because it’s not going to get up to room temperature that fast and how many times have you seen meat frozen at the store? Nearly none but it does come in frozen, thawed out then placed in the refrigerated counters for the customers to buy. Some of that meat will be in there several days before shoppers buy it.
