I have been looking into getting rid of my basspro card and getting something that pays cash back so I can use the reward anywhere. I read where Wells Fargo is rated as one of the best. Anyone have it and have? Are you happy with the rewards?

I just recently got a Wells Fargo card pretty much exclusively for the sign up bonus

Spend $1,000, get a $200 sign up bonus
I like a free untaxed $200

I hate Wells Fargo..

I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

The Citi Double Cash Card is probably your best bet for a straightforward cash back card. It is 2% on everything. If you want to use different cards for different purchases, you can score much better % back with various cards.

I agree about avoiding Wells Fargo.

Amex Cash Preferred is the best I've found for the way I spend.
