Wife just got a big time promotion. Double her salary now. I hate moving but cannot turn this down. The kids are all gone except our 8 year old son. Hell I’m 60 years old time for something new. I’m lucky I have pension plan. I know 60 sounds young to retire but 40 years at the same job is wearing me down. The old body just don’t function like it used to. Anyway September 30 will be my last at Delta. We are headed to Savannah Ga. Congrats to you and your family if the added money is welcomed. But to pack up and move at your age from North AL, to coastal GA, be careful what you ask for. I mean that respectfully. I'm speaking that from my viewpoint at the same age, and I know nothing of your life and experience.
