speeding 26 or higher gets 5 points which is not the same as reckless driving which gets 6 points. I've been charged with reckless driving NOT speeding. If speeding 26+ over the limit is automatically reckless driving then there is no need for a 26+ SPEEDING ticket. I've been charged with reckless driving and that is the charge I will answer. I was not driving recklessly.
