My 25-06 is my go to custom bolt action but I always manage to pull the BAR 308 ShortTrack out of the safe to stalk hunt with. I like a Browning BAR.

2010 Remington ADL in .308 with a Nikon 3.9 X 50 Prostaff scope. Black plastic stock with blued steel barrel.
Tack driver for sure.

Don't confuse my user name with any sort of alphabet faggotry.

It only stands for drag racing, and Route 66 was my home track back in the day.

My go to this my Remington 700 in 25-06, but if I'm headed into some thick stuff, the Savage 30-06 comes out to play.

I have no desire to kill a deer unless I have a bow in my hand.

I'll just leave it with this, there was about a 2 year stretch in my early 20's where I wasn't Mr Legal/Ethical hunter. A deer 75 yards or closer is DRT with a 22 mag shot to the throat/neck. I cringe now to think back on those days, and would now rather never kill another one than to kill one unethically. If I only had one gun to do everything, it would probably be that 22 mag. Skwerls, bad guys, or big game, it would take care of all of 'em.
