They don't care, they had a good laugh about it after you left. I wont be doing anymore business with High Country Toyota. I purchased a new Highlander last year down there. It wasn't in yet so I had to leave a deposit and pay the balance when it came in. They add a $995 High Five package on every vehicle they sell and its not an option. It included tinting the front two windows, door edge guards, and paint protection. I tried to get them to take it off because I'm picky about tint and had a bad feeling about their paint protection. The sales lady assured me the tint would match the rear windows and it would be detailed and quality paint protection would be applied. It was the color and trim level my wife wanted so I said to hell with it and proceeded with the deal. When the vehicle came in we got a call to come pick it up. I done a walk around and found glue from where they pulled plastic off of the vehicle when it was shipped. There were bugs on back of the vehicle from where it was hauled backwards on the truck. The window tint on the front windows were considerable lighter than the factory rear tinted windows. I pointed all this out and asked the sales lady how did they apply paint protection without properly washing it first. I also pointed out the tint I wasn't happy with. I don't mind paying for something but to get screwed makes me mad. I tried to get my deposit back and just walk away from the deal but that didn't happen. She said they were short staffed where they wash the new vehicles. I said I could tell but it doesn't help the fact they were charging me for something I wasn't receiving. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
