Gonna start doing that. I took my truck in last week for free rotation and balance. They called back saying the front brakes needed replacing, which I figured since the front end was shaking bad when I applied the brakes. So I gave the go ahead to fix the brakes and rotors while they had it on the rack. They work fine now. However, when looking over the service order, I didn’t see where they rotated the tires. Called them up and sure enough, he admitted they did not. He apologized and asked me to bring it back and they’d get right on it. Said it’d take about 45 minutes. So last Saturday morning I got there and told them who I was and he then realized he forgot to put me in the schedule so that 45 minutes turned into about 2.5 hours.
