Could be one of two things 1) your sister is lying to you and the debt is real or 2) identity theft, debt really belongs to someone else. Thats about the only two ways this could turn out. Unless it just slipped her mind somehow
If it's a lie I had two sisters tell it. Even if it had slipped her mind they should have still told her . This is crazy
