honestly they committed a crime and whatever time is handed to them needs to be served..
same way it was when Britney Griner was arrested in Russia for that incident involving a very small amount of weed or whatever it was..
everyone was like keep her ass she broke the law. same here they broke the law and need to pay the consequence.
its should be common sense to know the laws of a country you are going to visit.. ignorance of the law is no excuse Difference is Griner knew she had it, the others didn’t. Put them on a no go list and let them starve. They’ll get right quick. They're still responsible... With that said, the penalties are TOO STEEP whether they knew or not
