Makes sense Gomer. One thing is for sure, theres a wide enough variety on the market that a fella shouldn’t have any trouble finding a holster(s) that’s comfortable enough for all day wear. Those guns we love so much won’t do much good buried in the console or tucked under the truck seat.

I started with PJ kydex years ago and have tried others but keep going back to PJ of the ones I've tried Vedder is the next best

Get an ankle holster. An ankle holder is so much more comfortable to carry than an in the waistband holster. I know that it is an extra step to reach down to your ankle, but it is so comfortable. I got a Desantis or Galco for my sigp365. You can’t see it with dress pants.

Kusiak Leather for me. I tried Alien Gear and couldn’t make it feel comfortable.

An unprotected trigger, especially on a striker fired pistol with no manual safety, seems like an accident waiting to happen. Do you carry it with a round chambered?
I carry mostly 1911 ultra carry and a full sized 1911 I do carry a Glock 43 with no issues. It doesn’t have any more to hang on , on my right hip than it does going in a holster . don’t pull it with finger in trigger guard but that’s any gun.

Tote spare mags (plural) better to have and not need than to need badly and not have. Or just carry a .45.

The VNSH looks cool but I’m leery of anything that’s “one size fits all” when it comes to firearms and holsters

I've used a Foxx IWB double clip for years. Only problem is they went out of biz. They know me at Tandy leather. I know this isn't helpful, but of anyone else has used them and found a comparable replacement I'd sure like to know. It's a super comfortable holster I don't even know I have it most the time.

The VNSH is awesome. Super comfortable. Very versatile, can be worn in multiple positions (even cross draw or chest carry when driving, wading, etc). Pistol is secure. Holster is well made. One holster for multiple pistols is a plus. Built in mag pouch x 2. I'm a bigger guy and IWB generally sucks, pulls pants down if you have a flat arse, etc. Zero complaints with the VNSH other than belly style rigs can be hot at times. Plus it allows you to carry full size in sweats, gym shorts, or lightweight pants without a full size belt like climbing or hiking pants. I've hiked, waded fly fishing, rode horses, crawled houses on inspections, you name it wearing the VNSH.
I also use a Sticky Holster for my 380.

What pistol do you carry in the vnsh?
I’ve got a hellcat pro and looking for a way to carry. May get an sig 365 Macro too.
Carry belts have helped with the sagging and about to order a new one. I’ve got numerous holsters and they all have their pluses and negatives.

Bolting that on is a malfunction waiting to happen, no thanks I’ve had it on both 1911’s for 20 years with no problems. It mounts under rh grip . Only thing it loosened up once cause I didn’t want to loctite them
