Notice also, that this is all coinciding nicely with all the recent polling data coming out that is showing Trump increasing his lead nationwide and especially in most of the swing states. The lawfare option they were counting on has failed miserably. Throw in all the recent reporting and the minority democrat base (both blacks and hispanics), leaving the democrat party in mass, and I'm afraid that they may think all is already lost, and are planning to move forward with a nuclear option.
