I’m getting too old to track and drag deer. I shoot a Tikka 270. This past season I shot a doe with a 150 grain Nosler Partition, I hit the deer two inches above the heart. The deer still ran 60 yards with very little blood. Luckily I was able to get to the deer with the sxs and get it loaded. I hunt in a rough hills and deep hollers. I hand load the Partitions and they are very accurate with 52 grains of H4350. I’m not concerned about meat damage. I want a bang flop or a dies with in sight that looks like a crime sign. Is they’re a better bullet than a Nosler Partition?!?
