Point to me on the doll where the bad union folks touched y’all. Again, you guys pick and choose what freedoms you want to exist. If a union isn’t necessary then it won’t get voted in. If you don’t wanna unionize then shut the doors. Owners choice. Been a union member for 32 years and wouldn’t change anything. It’s much needed where I work. Everything we do is critiqued down to the second. Without the union there would be a revolving door of employees. You can hate unions all you want. But to say they aren’t needed in places is ignorant. Especially when you don’t know all the situations. Go work somewhere else and quit trying to extort someone into running their business how they don’t want to. The union was brought in amicably. The founder basically welcomed it. Most all issues began when we went public with stock. Which the founder would have fired every management employee there if he’d still been alive for even mentioning going public. It was never meant to be ran by anyone who wasn’t a lifelong employee of the company. My how things have changed. Folks still can leave but understand why folks don’t. I’ve known numerous drivers for UPS and a few for FefEx. The ones driving the box trucks seem to do well and have some enjoyment but the delivery guys and gals have it rough. I see many young SMALL ladies and think how bad they’re gonna be broke down in the years to come. Figure they’re planning for a management position. I knew one driver that had a heat stroke delivering to businesses and he got shafted but was brought back. UPS or Fed Ex and yup it’s one of the things I’ve mentioned about how big business are run now dependent on their stock performance. Not sure if blue chip stock even exist now Ali look at a Kodak and how their demise was brought on by instant stock performances. Numerous CEOs and selling off profitable divisions made Kodak into a weak company who once was an industry standard to look to. If they didn’t pay so well they’d have to do better as a company. Projections are for delivery company’s to continue growing. Brick and mortar are beginning to be a thing of the past
