Phuck organized labor period!!! This is coming from a 40 year dues paying former USW member!!! Where did you work in Alabama or for that matter any state that forced you to join USW and pay dues in an organization that apparently you didn’t want no part of? Trust me there was plenty of pressure to join the Local and pay dues. 37 years at IP just retired, had people there the entire time that didn’t join the union didn’t bother them the least little bit Oh it’s not the Union. It’s the Union members. Different mill different cultures.
