I just wrote a check to bury mom for 10, 500. I am being cremated. No casket, no embalming for me. I asked if I had to have clothes on no since wasting clothes. They said yes state law.
That is not a state law at all. They just dont want to fool with nekkid bodies. John and Jane Doe homeless bodies are lucky if they get bagged in a canvas sack before being cremated.
