I just wrote a check to bury mom for 10, 500. I am being cremated. No casket, no embalming for me. I asked if I had to have clothes on no since wasting clothes. They said yes state law.
Clothes for a man per the law could be just a pair of boxers to hit legal minimum, not sure just an idea
Not a lawyer nor an undertaker but I don’t blame you for not wanting to destroy clothes even in death
