I’m crying my eyes right now over this thread. My 90 year old dad and I were watching old CMT videos and The Walk by Sawyer Came on. He just looked and gave me a quirky grin. That song kills me but I listen to it all the time and the intro is my ring tone. That man never let me out of his sight for 56 years. I moved twice once leaving the nest, and he and mom were our next door neighbors both times.
Yep, The Walk's final verse tears me up every time I hear it.
