Was this persona “friend” hevi? Friend ,family,neighbor wouldnt matter to me. The dog would be gone either legally or ......

I guess the ordinance makes it a civil matter rather than a criminal. they got to protect the thug life. Take it up in civil court. It depends on how the Ordinance reads and municipalities are forbidden from enforcing Civil Laws, generally. Now, he can sue them civilly, no matter what happens criminally, but the City can't sue them.

In Baldwin County, it does not matter if the dog was vaccinated or not, it still has to be quarantined for 10 days. Call your county sheriff.
