My first big job proved that. I moved out of state and helped run big chemical program in a big plant - i was very green. Got thrown into lot of fires and asked a lot of questions. I kept my mouth shut in big meetings and when asked tech question - i would say something like - not quiet sure - let me investigate further and i get back w u. Called right people - got right answer. At review time - we always got rated top supplier. Kept old pie hole shut at right time
