Until congress changes the laws around earmarks might as well get what's ours. If federal govt money is going to get spent in Ukraine and other states... I want to get mine.
Shelby obtained funding for 16 projects in the budget. The largest was $132.7 million for improvements to the Port of Mobile, part of a modernization and expansion of the port. In an announcement in March, Shelby said the money was for the design and construction of docks, wharves, and piers, and for land acquisition and site development.
