Westervelt goes up 3% every year. Eventually 3% is a lot of money. But the crazy thing is if I let it go they will lease it for less than I’m paying now. I guess being good stewards of their land means absolutely nothing to them

Go up every year, but if it is dropped it goes back down to the starting point
