Construction Defect Consultant on residential and commercial structures with about 90% revolving around litigation as a testifying expert witness in state and federal court cases. Basically construction forensic investigations on moisture problems, building envelope, framing, foundation, interior finishes, contracts, damage investigation (storm, impact, termite, mining related claims), and some specialized inspections on EIFS, stucco and stone veneers. Licensed builder with building envelope certifications. Self-employed.
I also run a side business in real estate investments doing some flips and rental property.

Firefighter; Didn't want to go to college. So I found something I could go to a hands on school, with little book work and still have a fulfilling career and provide for my family. It's been a great choice so far!

I’m a self proclaimed critic of all things that consist of traveling for work. From lodging, dining, good coffee and bathroom stops. I’m also a building inspector. Some day I’ll offshore fish all the time just because I can.

Paint parking lots and highways. Self employed and loving it! Also run a non profit ministry doing disaster relief (no pay for it). We feed people when storms hit and provide chaplains to talk/listen to hurting people.
