For anybody that’s on the fence…his fillet knives are fantastic. I use them on both fresh and saltwater fish. I breakdown fish with a bigger blade or electric knife but use his for finish work. You can remove skin or trim meat from rib bones with one of Clarence’s knives with precision. The blade flexibility is awesome and they hold a great long lasting edge. I’ve gifted 5 of his knives to friends and family. Buy with confidence.
