With all the doom and gloom here at home.. What part of Mexico can I move to without getting whacked by a cartel??

With all the doom and gloom here at home.. What part of Mexico can I move to without getting whacked by a cartel??  It's bad here, but don't know if i would risk mexico lol...atleast out water is still drinkable

I herd the place to go is Belize.... There was an article on that .. Saying you could live very comfortably for @12,000.00 per year...

I worked there for a while. Thought my life was over one night when in the middle of nowhere a group of supposed federalies stopped our car in the pitch dark, drug us out and searched us. Believe me you don't wanna live there. Maybe we could all move to South Dakota and seperate ourselves from the union!

I know a guy that moved he and his wife there and they love it. Of course they are very wealthy and he basically has hired his own private army to protect them.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
