I would clean it to be on the safe side but I'm not sure you even have an issue. "Harder" to chamber is a relative term. That can mean it's hand tight OR that can mean you've got to beat the bolt closed with a hammer. Not sure which one it is but if it is just "tight" then you are good. All ammo manufactured today is unfortunately not getting the QC it once did.
However, if you are having to use a good bit of force to chamber this Federal Ammo I might go grab a box of Hornady and see what that feels like just for reference.
Could just be the extractor. We can't just automatically jump to a headspace issue and declare you have a major problem... but that's how fast we roll on Aldeer.
