He has a better chance of picking up female voters because of Noem than black voters with Scott. Just my opinion. Blacks aren't going to step off the welfare plantation to vote for Trump. They may stay home, but won't cross over.
Candice might help him pick up a few more of each side, but I trust her less than some do. She talks a decent game and it gets her attention. I wonder how she is when the lights not shining on her.
