If you did not know better but just looking at the radar you would swear that a tropical storm is just about on top of Dothan right now. Its been poring here since about 3 AM. Same here in Prattville, I just looked at it and the thing definitely looks like it's been spinning....been raining hard here the last 3 hrs.......
