I started out a huge fan of quarter bores and still love them but probably 15 years ago I got my first .308 and now have 4 looking for another. Winchester Model 99 and 100 set, a BAR and a FNAR, which is one of the finest functioning rifles I’ve ever owned. I’m still looking for the camo’d .308 barrel for my T/C Pro Hunter to have the set. They’re all a joy to shoot and will pass them on someday.
