Haven't watched this game in years, but turned it on today. When did they change it fron North/South to National/American?

They've changed from North/South to AFC/NFC several times over the years, and now to National/American. They went to National/American in 2021. They stopped putting players on teams based on their location in the county (players from "southern" schools aren't necessarily on the "southern" team and vice versa. They don't use the pro head coaches anymore either. They use asst coaches from the NFL now.

Use to, only seniors could play in the game. They've also opened it up to juniors that will be graduating early (or have graduated) and draft eligible juniors (those who have finished 3 years of school). The past few years, the week of practice leading up to the game has been where all the players show out to try and up their stock in the draft. I saw a list earlier and think there were about 40 or so players that were down here this week but sat out of the game.

My Wolverines had EIGHT players selected, which I believe is the most of any school. My favorite player Roman Wilson put on a show in the practice sessions.
