Will be tough to beat for money.pick out stock of liking and have a tack driver
The Brownells Howa barreled actions are probably best way to get a tack driver under $1k
They run the standard chromoly barreled actions cheaper .
Definitely a good option and pretty consistent quality .they shoot very well
I'd say more consistent than a anything under $1k except Tikka or weatherby vanguard
