Are the barriers on private property? If so, that seems a violation of many things? But, if on fed property then TX may not be able to keep them there. But, I cannot imagine a single land owner in TX who would not let the state of TX move the barriers to their property line.
Not that I agree in any way about the massive influx of illegals, but I could also see how a cease and desist order could be enforced if the barriers are on fed property.
Seems to be the feds should be putting them up instead of taking down. Mass sanction of an invasion by the democrats.
