Jan 31st close for Zone A is kind of obvious imo. Should have never been extended. I’ve orphaned a lot of fawns in my time and they make it just fine. Mandating a “break” in the season is just silly. It’s amazing how many big bucks I get on camera the week leading up to bow season and the first week after it starts, then they change. I think our bow season start date is just right. If they opened it one week earlier I could kill a lot more big bucks though. 😃
