$1k-1500 won’t get you much nowadays. Lease prices are sky high...
This is spot on. For the last 10 years or so, I have held leases with just my dad. This year, we picked up an additional 400 acres and 2 friends. I'm the leaseholder and the defacto President, but we are still hunting this year the same as we did when it was just me & dad. All expenses & work are shared evenly. No private stands or cameras. Once it crosses the gate, it is club property and is to be shared as such. Unless someone starts getting selfish, I don't see any changes forthcoming.
