One of the rules that always get's me is, "bucks horns outside of the ears only." DCNR regs say horns visible above the hairline. So does Hank that works at the mill and was elected the club president know more about deer management than a biologist for game and fish? And don't hand me that BS that ALFA insurance writes the DCNR regulations to benefit their claims division. That's horsechit. Saw a pretty good rule for one club which was "if you kill a buck you mount it". Would be funny as hell some ole baw shoots a spike and has to mount it.
