I’m currently in the middle of a build, (no financing) doing it myself. The ONLY problem that I had was with the insurance company, they didn’t want to provide a construction policy because I had “already began construction.” That’s my FORMER insurance company ALFA. Go ahead and say it Bham Fred!
That was the same thing that happened to us at first, but State Farm came around, at least until we finished, and that's when Brand Meyer stepped in.
