Louisiana the Restaurant used to have oyster tasting from around the county and some from around the world. A lot fun tasting the differences on each coast and so forth. Those coldwater briny oysters from the west coast were best in my opinion. Apalachicola 🦪 are very good too.

Apalachicola beds are still not re-opened since Michael. Was down there late October; ate lots of good oysters, but they were brought in from other areas
