I work on a behavioral health unit, you can't make this stuff up. Nothing surprises me anymore
Everyone on here who is a first responder, ER nurse, or behavioral health nurse is not surprised lol. I’ve seen a lot more crazier/worse things. Anyone who works in these fields knows you should conceal carry at all times because a good percent of the population has mental health issues, substance abuse issues or both. They can be very unpredictable.
