Putting an early feeler out for any clubs in either Butler, Wilcox or Lowndes counties. Only interested in something with a strict management program and a land to hunter ratio greater than 200:1. Does not need to have a camphouse or a place to stay since I already have a camp and other leases in the area. Would like to keep a budget of $4k but may adjust depending on what it is. Thanks in advance.

You should've took that 280. It's got the best neighbors you'll find in Alabama (LOL) and they killed a sure enough stud on it last weekend.

I know it. Just got into crunch time and had to make a rash decision to plan the year out. Now look where I’m at again this year lol.

Wish I could help. Our Lowndes county club would not meet your requirements but it’s one heck of a fun place to hunt and great people. And I know you’d be a good member. Good luck, man.

Yea, $20 an acre and the only stipulation is he wants him and is brother to be able to hunt. But will only hunt when you’re not there. Imagine that, and you can’t fish in the lake and you get the old camp, not the nice one. But hey, it’s only $20 dollars an acre. WTF!!!

20 dollars a acre won't last long around here if you take out the owners getting to hunt. There's land being gobbled up in east montgomery/ bullock for $25.

Yeah the owners getting to hunt is a bit much. No way I would agree to that especially at that price.

Agree. There's a piece of property down the road from my camp that leases for $21/acre. I would gladly pay it too if it were ever to come available.

If it had exclusive hunting rights, I would have already leased it. The brothers hunt and you get down there and there are 3 or 4 people, sons, uncles and cousins!
