I had a roofer subcontractor client who reroofed the wrong house. House number transposed on work order. Cookie cutter neighborhood so wrong house happened to be same roof plan. Homeowners arrived when they were finishing up. Worst part was the roofer didn't do a good job and had some leaks...refused to correct the problems, already gave away a free roof so he said no mas...and got sued for defective work and resulting damage from water intrusion. Alabaster about 3 years ago.
