If you want to go down the Alpaca rabbit hole get the baby Alpaca. It's next level. When in the mountains of Ecuador I get that stuff for ridiculously cheap. You won't find warmer and more comfortable wool. It's handmade and not the best quality knitting, but for 10 bucks a sweater or 15 bucks a jacket you still win.
