Saban said in his press conference that defensive play and drive killing plays lost the game. He said drive killing plays are sacks and penalties. Both of these were problems with the o line tonight. I think he hit the nail on the head.

I think he hit the nail on the head. Yeah but Michigan had their share of mistakes too. We just got beat. Couldn’t get a stop when we needed it and couldn’t get a score when we needed it. Michigan won the game pure and simple. Super proud of our boys on a great season.

Great game for sure! That drive Milroe fumbled got Michigan back in it.

I think a consistant center would go a really long way. I know its not all his fault. But when a qb is worried about where the ball is fixin to go, it changes his rhythm. Milroe was obviously changing his stance and the way he was recieving the snap. I cant understand for the life of mehow that center has kept his job all year. Surely theres another center on the team.

Harbaugh is a sho-nuff coach. All that motion plays with the opponents heads. You can't try that stuff without unending practice, or you look like a fool. Good game.

Congrats to Michigan..... down 7 with 2 min left and come back to win. Nothing you can do but tip your cap to them because they had no quit in them. I thought they handled the big win as classy as any team I've ever seen in regards to their comments towards Alabama after the game and I thought it was a pretty clean game from start to finish on both sides.

If we only had a qb ha ha. Great season for Bama fortunate to make the playoffs And that’s why it’s important to have a qb playing qb and not a RB/athlete playing qb. We lived on borrowed time all year, in multiple games. Better season than I expected. Saban is the Goat to get to the playoffs with this team. Those flashy running QBs look great and those legs extend plays and impress people, but in the end, a smart, accurate, field general qb will win you the championships. This^^^ Saban did possibly his best coaching job this year, despite not winning the NC. I don't feel like going and looking right now, but I winder how many offensive and defensive coordinators he has had to work with since he has been at Alabama?

i gotta wonder if harbaugh's defensive staff can figure a way to get to Penix like that. i am convinced now that Penix is a player. looks kind of like Stabler at his best, but with much more foot quickness ...

I don't understand why the center was not benched earlier in the season. He killed that last good drive.

Man I was not impressed with the offensive playcalling. Pure vanilla with no creativity or adjustments. Poor oline play. Too many mistakes. Same stuff all year, pretty disappointing it couldn't be corrected.
